Emerging Black Architects + Norm Zimmer Scholarships

ZGF Architects – with offices in Los Angeles, New York, Portland, Seattle, Vancouver, and the District of Columbia – recently announced their 2022 Emerging Black Architects Scholarship and the Norm Zimmer Scholarship.

ZGF is committed to mentoring students and training the next generation of leaders.

In memory of their founding partner Norm Zimmer, each year ZGF offers a $10,000 scholarship and paid internship to one student entering their final year of a university-accredited architecture, interior design, urban planning, or landscape architecture program.

ZGF is also committed to the continued pursuit of equity, diversity, and inclusion. ZGF offers $5,000 and a paid internship to two selected students who identify as Black or African American and are entering their final year of a university-accredited architecture, interior design, urban planning, or landscape architecture program.

For information including the application process, eligibility details, and FAQs, please visit the scholarship's webpage. Apply by February 1.

The Oregon Community Foundation will announce winners for both scholarships in April 2022!
